Everything you need to evaluate ViibeStack's security, privacy, and data-handling posture, in one place.
Every tenant's data, apps, and credentials are isolated at the database level using per-tenant scoping -- never shared rows, never client-side-only access control.
Connection secrets, API keys, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with dedicated per-purpose keys. All traffic is encrypted in transit.
Access is granted per app, per team, or per person, and revoked just as precisely. Platform staff access is role-scoped.
Compliance & certifications ViibeStack is an early-stage platform and does not yet hold third-party certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. If certification is a hard requirement for your evaluation, contact us -- we'll share where we are on that roadmap and any supporting documentation we can provide today.
Subprocessors Core infrastructure subprocessors: Cloudflare (compute, storage, edge network) and Neon (Postgres database hosting). A current, full subprocessor list is available on request.
Incident response We don't yet publish a public status page. If an incident affects your data or availability, we notify affected account admins directly. See our full incident response page for details.
