Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how ViibeStack works, what it costs, and how apps get built.

Get started

What exactly does ViibeStack build?

Real, working software: a Next.js app with its own database, hosted and deployed for you. Not a form builder, not a website, not a no-code toy standing in for real code.

How is this different from a no-code tool like Airtable or Bubble?

No-code tools give you a layer on top of their own data model and their own limits. ViibeStack generates actual application code that lives in your workspace, so there's no ceiling on what you can ask for next.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Describe what you need in plain English and the AI app builder handles the implementation. You can review the result and ask for specific changes at any time.

How does pricing work?

Plans are priced per account, not per seat -- add as many teammates as you want without a bigger bill every time you grow. See the Pricing page for current plan details.

Do I need my own AI provider key?

No -- the AI app builder runs on ViibeStack's own AI connection, so there's nothing extra to configure or pay for separately.

What if the template I need doesn't exist?

Start from the closest template and describe the differences, or describe a purpose-built app from scratch -- both paths generate the same real, working code.

Is my data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Every account's data is scoped and access-controlled independently. See the Trust Center and Security page for details.

Can I connect ViibeStack to tools I already use?

Yes -- Slack, webhooks, and MCP-style connections to tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. See the Integrations page.

How fast can I get an app running?

Most templates deploy in minutes. Custom builds depend on scope, but the AI app builder works through a chat, so you see progress as it happens instead of waiting on a delivery date.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays in your own workspace for the duration of your account. See the Trust Center for how data retention and security are handled.
