This Privacy Policy describes how ViibeStack ("we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our platform, including our website, portal, generated applications, and related APIs and tools (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and company details you provide during signup or onboarding. Content you provide: application descriptions, uploaded files and source code, configuration settings, and data you store through the Service's data tools. Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and actions taken within the portal, collected automatically as you use the Service. Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, support chat, or email.

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices; authenticate your account and secure the Service against fraud and abuse; respond to your comments, questions, and support requests; send administrative messages, such as changes to our terms or policies; and comply with legal obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality of the Service.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure and database hosting, payment processing (Stripe), authentication providers (such as Google, if you choose to sign in with Google), and email or SMS delivery providers. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of ViibeStack, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, or as reflected in backups for a limited period before they age out.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, and per-tenant data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

You can access, update, or delete much of your account information directly within the portal. You may also contact us at hello@viibestack.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of non-essential communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information; we'll honor applicable requests consistent with the law that applies to you.

In the event of a security breach affecting your unencrypted personal information, we will notify affected North Carolina residents in accordance with the North Carolina Identity Theft Protection Act (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-65) and other applicable breach notification laws.

The Service is operated from and our infrastructure is primarily located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including applications built by other users. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date, and where appropriate, notify you directly.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
